Serving Twin Falls and the entire Magic Valley

My family and I moved to Boise, Idaho in 1984 from Snoqualmie, Washington about 30 miles east of Seattle. There were forests, lakes, Puget Sound, ocean nearby and mountains, then we moved to the high desert. What a change! We discovered a different but wonderful beauty here. We moved to Twin Falls in 2013 and love the Magic Valley!

I have been in Real Estate since 2005 as a sales agent. In 2011 I became an Associate Broker to learn more about real estate, real estate law, but more importantly, how to serve my customers and clients with a better knowledge base. In addition, to work with veterans and corporate relocation for both buying and selling, I must attend annual training. There are specific guidelines for corporate relocation.

To me, real estate is not about sales, but about customer service, problem solving and helping the client buy or sell a home. My specialty is in residential home sales which covers a wide spectrum of challenges.  I have worked as a listing agent for bank owned properties, short sales (not fun), corporate relocation, veterans and their families, first time home buyers and sellers, and experienced home buyers and sellers. Every client and transaction is unique and has different expectations and needs.  

My wife Nancy and I like to travel locally as well as abroad. In the last several years we have been to many states within the US, the United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Mexico, Canada, Iceland, Columbia, Panama, and Guatemala. When previously employed by HP, I was also sent to India. Prior to that, I was a professional pilot. My suitcase was always packed and ready!

What I most enjoy about real estate is that I plain like helping people. There is satisfaction in doing a good job and making new friends. Best of all, Twin Falls and the Magic Valley are relatively small communities, we will see each other somewhere in the area.
